We are no longer bothered to call and lodge a complain with SESB...what's the point? They cannot do much anyway. They'd just tell us to switch off the power points and lights in the house. (We've done that; nada and zilch still pitch black)
So what are we doing now?

Which area do you stay actually? Sometimes I suspected SESB is purposely making life difficult for us. By the way, nice layout.

The power came back on at around 11:35 PM. After this post, we did call SESB up but the operator said the electricians were elsewhere fixing up other areas.
At around 1 PM, a technician called the house to see if the power's back on. I said yes its okay now but it would great if they can check on this later in the morning.
Anyway,
I don't think SESB is deliberately making this difficult for us... its merely their organization system failure that is bordering towards incompetence like many of our government-based agencies.
Thanks about the layout but the real credit should go to the designer of this template. While I was surfing I came across this and I thought why not?
